- Northbound Kansas Expressway (Route 13) right turn lane to eastbound High Street CLOSED
- Southbound Kansas Expressway (Route 13) left turn lane to eastbound High Street CLOSED
- Kansas Expressway (Route 13) is Open
- Signed detours will direct traffic
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes.
